i tried to manually edit the settings .py

DATABASES = {
    'default': {
        'ENGINE': 'django.db.backends.postgresql_psycopg2',
        'NAME': "postgres",
        'USER': "postgres",
        'PASSWORD': "postgres",
        'HOST': 'db',
        'PORT': 5432,
    }
}

Nothing seem to work with the usual postgres user details, i went to the database and tried to update the password and privileges and it still not working

this is my second day trying to debut this, please help
