Docker not working on restarting windows 10

  docker, windows-10

Last week, I installed Docker on my Windows 10. When I install it the first time, it works perfectly. However, whenever I restart my laptop, it is giving me the below error.

error

docker: error during connect: In the default daemon configuration on Windows, the docker client must be run with elevated privileges to connect.: Post "http://%2F%2F.%2Fpipe%2Fdocker_engine/v1.24/containers/create": open //./pipe/docker_engine: The system cannot find the file specified.
See ‘docker run –help’.

If I reinstall Docker, it starts working again. But again, if I restart my laptop, stop working and giving me the same error. I tried a couple of below ways but could not work.
