How to solve errors when running docker?

  docker

When I run docker run hello-world on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, I got an error, as follows:

docker: Error response from daemon: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:349: starting container process caused "process_linux.go:319: getting the final child's pid from pipe caused "EOF"": unknown.
ERRO[0003] error waiting for container: context canceled

Here is the output of docker info

Is the version mismatch between the Ubuntu 20.04 and docker 19.03? or other problem?
Additionally, the version of used windows 10 is 1909.
Plaese give me some advice, thanks!
