Docker-compose – Cannot create container for service postgres

I am working on windows 10 trying to convert my flask app to docker flask app, the problem is it cannot create a container for postgres it shows this error:

ERROR: for news_postgres_1 Cannot create container for service postgres: invalid volume specification: 'C:UsersUserDesktopDEVnewspgdata:/var/lib/postgresql/data/:rw': invalid mount config for type "bind": bind source path does not exist: c:usersuserdesktopdevnewspgdata

This is my docker-compose.yml file:
