Docker Upgrade

Hi There,

I have been running Docker 18.04 for a while now, and i would like to upgrade to docker 19, I have been looking for a safe tutorial to do so without luck, does anyone have a tutorial to safely upgrade Docker? I have a lot of containers running and would like not to break anything.
